LED Lighter for direct illumination. In this lighting technique the light source is intalled on the same side of camera. This series is designed with last generation LED able to provide high brightness, low consumption and very high lifetime. LED Lighter for direct illumination in linear camera applications. In this lighting technique the light source is intalled on the same side of camera. The use of different angle of incidence allow to obtain the desired effect on the observed object. This series of LED lighter can be implemented with length up to 3000 mm without discontinuities of lighting. This series is designed with last generation LED able to provide high brightness, low consumption and very high lifetime. Is possible to choose between many dimensions, shapes and different colors ( wavelength ). Are available special LED lighter with diffusers and custom light beam angle. | DL2 SERIES - Led Lighters for direct illumination - Professional series | ||

LED Lighter for directional illumination from a single or multiple sources. The DL2 series enclosure is made in anodized aluminium, derived from a single block of material, this features ensures a good aesthetic finish and a high heat dissipation from the LEDs and from electronic control circuits. The protection of the optics is done with a plastic glass in polycarbonate with anti-scratch and anti-aging treatment, removable and replaceable in case of damage. This series is designed with last generation LED able to provide high brightness, low consumption and very high lifetime. Is possible to choose between many dimensions, shapes and different colors ( wavelength ). Are available special LED lighter with diffusers and custom light beam angle. LED Lighter for directional illumination. The DL3 LED Lighter Series is built with the latest Hi-Flux LED generation, capable of ensuring high brightness (up to 660 lumens), low consumption (less than 7W at maximum brightness), high efficiency ( up to 110 lm/W ) and an average life exceeding 50,000 hours of operation. The optical angle of these models is around 100 degree and the light output is very diffused. This LED lighter is therefore used in applications where it is important the high uniformity of light on the object and high illuminated area. |

LED Lighter for low angle illumination. Available with different angle of illumination and different wavelength. Low-angle illumination is used for edge detection and defect check on planar surface. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces and scratches. The required irradiance is ensured by radiating direct light towards the center of the workpiece. Optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination eveness. |

LED Lighter for backlight applications. In this model the LEDs are arranged on a matrix to produce high uniformity light. Major applications are similar to standard diffuse back light but this model has a very high brightness and is ideal for high speed inspections or to check contaminat on semitransparent object. Suitable for inspection of dimension and shape in high speed applications.
