DL3 Series

LED Lighter for directional illumination. The DL3 LED Lighter Series is built with the latest Hi-Flux LED generation, capable of ensuring high brightness (up to 660 lumens), low consumption (less than 7W at maximum brightness), high efficiency ( up to 110 lm/W ) and an average life exceeding 50,000 hours of operation. The optical angle of these models is around 100 degree and the light output is very diffused. This LED lighter is therefore used in applications where it is important the high uniformity of light on the object and high illuminated area.

Introduction

RODER Electronics presents the new DL3 LED lighter for machine vision applications, manual inspection, microscopes, optical equipments and generic lighting applications.

The DL3 LED lighter is built with the latest LED generation, capable of ensuring high brightness (up to 660 lumens), low consumption (less than 7W at maximum brightness), high light output ( up to 110lm/W) and an average life exceeding 50,000 hours of operation ( equal to 6 years with continued use, or 10-12 years with discontinuous use ).

Is possible to choose between different sizes ( 25 x 150 mm, 50 x 75 mm, ....) and different wavelengths. Are also available custom version made on specifications and with tailored properties.

The body of DL3 LED Lighters is made of anodized aluminium, which gives a good aesthetic finish and an high heat dissipation. The protection of the optics is done with a plastic glass in polycarbonate with anti-scratch and anti-aging, removable and replaceable in case of damage.

The cable connector allows an easy and quick disconnect power supply unit for maintenance or cleaning.

The use of HTTM Technology (High Thermal Transmission Material – RODER Electronics Trademark) provides an adequate dissipation of heat, good color stability and long operational life of the lighter.

Combined with power supplies and DRV controller is possible to obtain complete lighting systems, with different supply voltage, possibility of pulse control, external synchronization, controlled overcurrent, linear current regulation.

The small size of the lighter can also be installed on automatic machines and automatic test system.
